General terms & conditions of use of Car Park<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Alderson\u00a0 House\u00a0 (Warwick)\u00a0 Ltd\u00a0 accept\u00a0 no\u00a0 responsibility\u00a0 whatsoever\u00a0 for persons, vehicles or property whilst\u00a0 on\u00a0 or\u00a0 within\u00a0 our\u00a0 premises,\u00a0 including its grounds,\u00a0 car park\u00a0 and\u00a0 outbuildings.\u00a0<\/p>

All\u00a0 persons\u00a0 and\/or\u00a0 items\u00a0 belonging\u00a0 to\u00a0 them\u00a0 or\u00a0 a\u00a0 3rd\u00a0 party,\u00a0 other than Alderson house\u00a0 (Warwick) Ltd,\u00a0 are\u00a0 excluded\u00a0 from\u00a0 our\u00a0 building, contents\u00a0 and liability insurances\u00a0 and\u00a0 all\u00a0 persons\u00a0 are\u00a0 reminded that\u00a0 they\u00a0 are\u00a0 responsible for\u00a0 the general safety,\u00a0 safekeeping\u00a0 and\u00a0 any subsequent losses, including consequential losses, howsoever caused.<\/p>

For the avoidance of doubt, any loss or damage to your own or others property is your responsibility. Permit holders\u00a0 agree\u00a0 to\u00a0 use\u00a0 the\u00a0 car\u00a0 park\u00a0 in\u00a0 accordance with\u00a0 the time\/day\u00a0 applicable to their permit only.\u00a0<\/p>

Furthermore\u00a0 that\u00a0 they\u00a0 will\u00a0 endeavour\u00a0 to\u00a0 keep\u00a0 safely\u00a0 the ate\u00a0 access\u00a0 code and\u00a0 not\u00a0 to\u00a0 pass\u00a0 this to\u00a0 others\u00a0 for\u00a0 casual\u00a0 use\u00a0 or\u00a0 that\u00a0 would\u00a0 otherwise cause\u00a0 the\u00a0 violation\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 number of spaces allocated to them.\u00a0<\/p>

Where there is a breach of these conditions permits will be withdrawn with immediate effect and no refunds will be offered. Due\u00a0 to\u00a0 functions\u00a0 occurring within\u00a0 the\u00a0 main\u00a0 building,\u00a0 \u2018working\u00a0 week\u2019\u00a0 customers may be\u00a0 asked\u00a0 to vacate\u00a0 the\u00a0 car\u00a0 park\u00a0 by\u00a0 4.30 PM\u00a0 on\u00a0 approximately\u00a0 8\u00a0 evenings per year.\u00a0<\/p>

For \u2018evening\u00a0 and weekend\u2019\u00a0 customers\u00a0 we\u00a0 would\u00a0 expect\u00a0 to\u00a0 have spaces available after 11.30 pm, however parking between 6.00 PM and 11.30 PM should not be expected on these aforementioned 8 evenings.<\/p>

All invoices\u00a0 and\u00a0 payment\u00a0 will\u00a0 be\u00a0 on\u00a0 an\u00a0 \u2018in\u00a0 advance\u201d\u00a0 basis.\u00a0 Alderson House (Warwick)\u00a0 \u00a0Ltd reserve the\u00a0 right\u00a0 to\u00a0 seek\u00a0 collection of\u00a0 any\u00a0 monies\u00a0 due where\u00a0 services have been reserved allocated and\/or used. Any\u00a0 use\u00a0 of\u00a0 the car park by\u00a0 way\u00a0 of\u00a0 a\u00a0 permit, short term\u00a0 use\u00a0 or\u00a0 casual\u00a0 use\u00a0 will\u00a0 be\u00a0 deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and they will be binding in English law.<\/p>
