We offer
24 Hour access key code entry via electrically operated gates.

CCTV and flood lighting Separate pedestrian access.
Just off the High Street in the town centre.
The use of a ‘space’ with no need to notify any vehicle.
Registrations allowing multiple users.

50 secure parking spaces with CCTV monitoring to all our patrons and user bodies. Dedicated spaces for disabled persons are available, where there is disabled access to the building (including having disabled person toilet facilities and a lift). Car parking spaces are also available for business & private users and are let on an annual basis.

Annual letting of car parking spaces – ‘working week’.
Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM See terms.

Annual letting of car parking spaces – ‘evening & weekend’.
We will be offering up to 10 spaces for use during evenings & weekends, 6PM-8AM Monday-Friday, all weekends and all bank holidays throughout the year.

Letting of car parking spaces for individual functions.
By special arrangement, it will be possible to offer up to 50 car park spaces for events held at Alderson House or your own event held elsewhere in Warwick. For events taking place at Alderson House the use of the car park is free of charge. Arrangements for usage and available spaces will be confirmed at the time of event booking and can include the facility for leaving vehicles overnight and collecting the next day, subject to availability.

Payment may be made by monthly direct debit in advance, or by half yearly invoice in advance.
